Nichirei Adds Deli Position
s America here has named Beth McDonald deli director of sales, prepared foods division, a new position.
McDonald has had more than 15 years of experience in sales and operations management, most of it in the retail deli arena. Most recently she had been director of deli and China Express merchandising for the Seattle division of Safeway, Pleasanton, Calif.
