PRICE CHOPPER PROMOTES TWO NEW VICE PRESIDENTS

ts here has named two new vice presidents. Anne Davis, formerly the assistant controller, was promoted to the newly created position of vice president of risk management, reporting to John Endres, senior vice president of finance, treasurer and chief financial officer. Davis now oversees workers compensation, food safety, business/community disaster recovery, corporate insurance and loss prevention.

Al Provancher, formerly zone director, has been promoted to regional vice president, reporting to David Golub, vice president of operations. Provancher is now responsible for four zones that consist of 53 Price Choppers in New York and Pennsylvania. He succeeds Angelo Graziane, who has retired. Ed McManus, formerly Center Store coordinator, has been named to succeed Provancher. Also, Regina Tator, formerly senior category manager of private label, was promoted to director of private label, a new position.
