ORLANDO, Fla. -- Food Distributors International lived up to its "Face to Face" theme at its Annual Business Conference here last week. Participants attended board meetings, business conference suites and Vendex meetings, and heard from a variety of speakers on topics ranging from industry consolidation to the digital economy.
