Penn Traffic Co., Syracuse, N.Y., last week said revenues for the third quarter ended Nov. 2 dropped 4% to $811 million. Sales for the 39-week period fell 4.2% to $2.48 billion. Same-store sales dipped 1.9% for the quarter and 2.1% for the 39 weeks.
