DALLAS -- Fleming here said last week it has sold five stores to Albertsons, Boise, Idaho.

Fleming also said last week that it has completed the previously announced sale of a Rainbow Foods store in Milwaukee, Wis., to an independent Sentry Foods operator.
Fleming said it anticipates approximately $12 million from the sale of the six stores, and added that it intends to apply the proceeds to its senior secured term loan balance.
Including last week's announced sales, Fleming has disposed of 37 stores since September, when the company said it was planning to sell all 110 of its price-impact retail stores
Fleming had previously sold 28 stores to Save Mart Supermarkets, Modesto, Calif., and three stores to Roundy's, Pewaukee, Wis.
