WASHINGTON -- The Food Marketing Institute here presented its 1998 Donald H. MacManus Award to Kathy Kuzava, executive director of the Georgia Food Industry Association, Smyrna, Ga., and its 1998 Glen P. Woodard Jr. Public Affairs Award to Mary Moore, director of public affairs for D'Agostino Supermarkets, Larchmont, NY.
ille, Fla. She was recognized for her work in communications, consumer affairs and government relations.
In the past, she has chaired FMI's government relations committee from 1995 to 1996, and has served on a similar committee for the Food Industry Alliance for New York state. The awards were presented here during the 1998 Public Affairs Assembly.
