WASHINGTON -- The Food Marketing Institute here is holding its annual Seafood Conference Oct. 9 to 11 at the Hyatt Regency in Chicago.
The sequence of programs will begin on Sunday afternoon with seminars focusing on "Finding your Customer." Various seminars and workshops based on the following headings will follow on Monday and Tuesday. They include: "Building the Store," "Supplying the Product," "Selling the Product" and "Selling Yourself."
