HONG KONG -- Franklin's, a grocery chain operated by Dairy Farm here with 220 stores throughout Southeast Asia generating $2 billion in annual sales, has reengineered its back-end and supply chain system, including a technology overhaul. The next step, according to Dairy Farm CIO Richard Weatherstone, is improved POS systems to drive a more customer-centric approach.
