NEWTON, N.J. -- Scott Adams, the creator of the popular Dilbert workplace cartoon strip, is bringing to market frozen handheld, microwavable burritos in four flavors.

They will be stocked in 7-Eleven stores nationwide soon, perhaps as early as this week, according to Jack Parker, president of Scott Adams Foods here. The all-vegetable, vitamin-fortified product is named the Dilberito, and bears the likeness of the vacant-eyed, bespectacled Dilbert.

Pro-Fac Cooperative's Agrilink Foods, Rochester, N.Y., will sell and distribute the burritos to supermarkets and other food sellers, according to Ben Frega, executive vice president for sales and marketing.

Suggested retail price is $2.29 per single serving.
