UNCASVILLE, Conn. -- About 200 members and guests of the Frozen & Refrigerated Association of the NorthEast, Arlington, Mass., attended the group's annual gala March 22, which was held at the Mohegan Sun Casino here. Guest speaker was Michael Bozzuto, president, chief executive officer and chairman of Bozzuto's Inc., a wholesaler based in Cheshire, Conn. He addressed the gathering on the importance of getting back to the basics of good merchandising and good service.
