Other changes in the GMA's board involved Kenneth L. Wolfe, chairman and CEO of Hershey Foods Corp., who became vice chairman; Stephen W. Sanger, chairman and CEO at General Mills, who was named treasurer; and Joe M. Weller, chairman and CEO of Nestle USA, who became secretary.
New to the board are: Carlos Gutierrez, president and CEO of Kellogg; William Wrigley Jr., president and CEO at Wm. Wrigley Jr. Co.; Peter Coors, CEO of Coors Brewing Co.; and Barry Beracha, chairman and CEO at Earthgrains Co.
