Lehman, most recently manager of government relations for Bayer CropScience, replaces David Stafford, who left GMA to run for public office in Florida. Lehman will report to Susan Stout, GMA's vice president of federal affairs. In his new position, Lehman will focus on food safety, appropriations, security of the food supply, commodity programs, and other areas regulated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
