KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- About 120 retailers and other executives gathered here at the home of the NFL's Kansas City Chiefs where the game plan focused on whole health. The day-long meeting was sponsored by Valu Merchandisers Co., the nonfood subsidiary of Kansas City, Kan.-based Associated Wholesale Grocers.
