WAYNE, N.J. -- Grand Union Co. here said last week the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Wilmington, Del., has confirmed its plan of reorganization. The chain also selected a new board, which will hold its first meeting on June 14, Roger E. Stangeland, incoming chairman, told SN.
