In this role, she will be responsible for building the Wild Oats food-service department nationwide, including further incorporating natural and organic products into ready-to-eat prepared foods, according to officials with the chain, which operates 102 stores in 23 states and Canada.

In this role, she will be responsible for building the Wild Oats food-service department nationwide, including further incorporating natural and organic products into ready-to-eat prepared foods, according to officials with the chain, which operates 102 stores in 23 states and Canada. Greenberg is a 20-year industry veteran, and was most recently retail brand consultant for Melissa Fleming & Co. On the retail side, she has held various food-service management and procurement positions at A&P and H. E. Butt Grocery's Central Market fresh foods banner.
