LISLE, Ill. -- Gerald W. Hanna has joined Van den Bergh Foods here as vice president and general manager of the bakery products group.

In his new post, Hanna reports to Peter C. Newton, president of Van den Bergh's professional markets division. Van den Bergh Foods is a manufacturer of bakery products, margarines, spreads and pasta sauces.
