HOLLYWOOD -- Paramount Home Video has moved up the street date of "Harriet the Spy" to Feb. 25, with an order date of Jan. 21 for prepacks and Jan. 28 for single units. The title is a direct-to-sell-through release, with a suggested retail price of $19.95 and a minimum advertised price of $13.99.
