The official launch was scheduled for Feb. 1 in London.

Transact EZ Connect is a downloadable, pure Java client that enables a host company, usually a dominant buyer or supplier within a private supply chain or a public exchange, to rapidly connect and begin transacting business over the Internet with small- to mid-size partners.
