WINN-DIXIE STORES, Jacksonville, Fla., has announced that it will be using viaLink's syncLink and sbtLink services to support its B2B e-commerce initiatives. SyncLink will be used to synchronize item, price and promotion data between Winn-Dixie and its direct-store delivery and warehouse trading partners and sbtLink will enable scan-based trading relationships. "We are excited about viaLink's ability to increase the accuracy of our critical supply chain information," said John Sheehan, Winn-Dixie's senior vice president, director of sales and procurement. "The synchronized data provided by syncLink will increase our administrative efficiency, allowing our sales associates to spend less time on paperwork and more time assisting our customers," Sheehan added.
