MADISON, Wis. -- The International Dairy-Deli-Bakery Association has scheduled a program for its 32nd annual seminar and expo that will cover everything from virtual reality to helping consumers put a home-style meal on their tables fast.

, Ohio, consulting firm, and M. Jay Heilbrunn, president of Clinton Associates, a Deerfield, Ill., management consulting firm that focuses on strategic planning and marketing. Solganik and Heilbrunn will address competing in the home meal replacement arena.

The seminar schedule also includes a session on cheese merchandising presented by Regi Hise, director of education and training for the Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board here.

Brian Salus, president of Salus Associates, a Midlothian, Va., consulting firm, will address creating theater in the bakery. Futurists are also in the lineup, ready to give attendees a peek at what to expect in the year 2000 and beyond.

To offer a look at today's virtual reality, IDDA program planners have equipped the IDDA booth with two virtual reality simulators. Also at the booth, representatives of IDDA will be available to answer questions about IDDA's deli and bakery training courses and other IDDA programs.
