NEW ORLEANS -- It was Mardi Gras all over again as IDDBA guests partied and danced the night away at the Dairyland Jazz theme party hosted by the Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board. Costumes were available for picture taking, magicians thrilled and amazed, and party-goers grooved to jazz, dixie and zydeco music.
