MADISON, Wis. -- Mike Eardley, vice president of fresh foods, D&W Food Centers, has been named the 2001-2002 president of the International Dairy-Deli-Bakery Association. He has been an officer for five years, served on the trade association's board of directors for eight years and has served on all major committees. Eardley succeeds Don Nebhan, sales director, Land O'Lakes, as the association's 38th president. In addition to Eardley, other new officers for 2001-2002 are: Executive Vice President Scott Hackbarth, group vice president, sales, Sargento Foods; First Vice President Dick Campbell, business manager, team leader, Schreiber Foods; Second Vice President Ray Burke, president bakery/deli division, Rich Products; and Treasurer Mary Bentley, vice president, in-store bakery, Pillsbury Bakeries and Foodservice.
