show the largest in the event's history.

"The enthusiastic response from exhibiting companies to reach the global baking community that attends the show has been nothing short of phenomenal," said W.O. Pulver, from Pulver Systems, Chicago Ridge, Ill., who is serving as Expo chairman this year.

"We are marketing the exposition worldwide and should have equally impressive domestic and international attendee preregistration figures in the coming months."

The Expo, held every four years, is co-sponsored by the American Bakers Association, and BEMA, an international association serving the baking and food industries. It is targeted to a global audience of wholesale bakers, supermarket in-store bakers, large and small retail bakers and the food-service industry.

Nearly 25,000 domestic and international baking professionals are expected to attend.
