NORWALK, Conn. -- James River Corp. here sent more than 4,000 rolls of paper towels, 20,000 rolls of bathroom tissue, 6,000 packages of napkins and 4,000 packages of paper cups to southern California in an initial shipment from an Oregon depot to help earthquake victims clean up and cope with water shortages.
