ELIZABETH, N.J. -- Dean Janeway will become president and chief operating officer of Wakefern Food Corp. here effective March 1, succeeding Jerome Yaguda, who will retire after 35 years with the retailer-owned cooperative.
sident in 1989. Yaguda, who joined Wakefern in 1960 as assistant controller, has held many positions at the cooperative wholesaler and was elected president in 1985. He will become a business adviser to Wakefern after his retirement.
