At that hearing the court is expected to rule on whether Jitney's landlords should disband the committee they have formed, separate from the creditors committee. The chain's landlords have said they need their own committee to represent their interests, while the creditors committee has said they don't need separate representation and has filed a motion to disband the landlords committee.
