OCONOMOWOC, Wis. -- Roundy's, the Milwaukee-based retailer and wholesaler, plans to go forward with construction of a 1.1 billion-square-foot distribution facility here after a Waukesha County Circuit judge this month dismissed a lawsuit that sought to block its construction, a spokesman for the property developers said.
