SANTA ROSA, Calif. -- La Tortilla Factory here signed a licensing agreement that will distribute its fat-free tortillas to supermarkets and restaurants throughout the Southwest.

The company said it expected more than one million units to be distributed over the next year. The tortillas are 100% fat free, contain one-third fewer calories than regular tortillas and are made of corn or wheat.
