KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa. -- Leonard Pearlstein, chairman and founder of Confab, a private-label maker of sanitary pads, tampons and incontinence products, died here last month after complications from heart surgery. He was 68.

Pearlstein, who lived in Gladwyne, Pa., is survived by his wife, Melba, three daughters and a son.
