FRAMINGHAM, Mass. -- Brokerage companies Morris Alper here, Mid-Atlantic Marketing and Sales Chaimson, Columbia, Md., and the Philadelphia-based Mid-Atlantic Marketing and Sales-Weaver will join forces in October to form the MAI Cos.ded its territory into the metropolitan New York market under the name MAI-Metro.
