MINNEAPOLIS -- Morey Fish Company, national distributor of branded smoked and prepared fish and seafood products, has named John Kincaid as Northeast regional business development manager, a newly created position. His main responsibility is to expand retail penetration for Morey's value-added, branded product line on the East Coast, with a focus on the Northeast region. The line of marinated products was developed about two years ago.

Prior to joining Tropicana in 1991, Edel held several positions with Del Monte Fresh Produce, Coral Gables, Fla. In his new role, he is responsible for managing all facets of grocery sales and distribution for the division, which covers 18 states.

Perdue Names Iwanski Manager

SALISBURY, Md. -- Perdue Farms, here, has named John Iwanski to the newly created position of food-service value-added chicken product manager for its food-service division. Iwanski previously was food-service product manager of beef and pork for Sara Lee Refrigerated Foods, a division of Sara Lee Corp., Chicago. In his new role, Iwanski is responsible for new product introductions and development, as well as management of the entire product category. He will report to Joe Gilmore, director of food-service marketing for Perdue.
