MINNEAPOLIS -- Nash Finch here said last week that it must file with the Securities and Exchange Commission its 10-Q for last year's third quarter by March 19 and its 10-K for the year by March 28 in order for the NASDAQ stock exchange to continue listing the company's shares. It also must file any amended financial statements that its independent auditors deem appropriate.
