DALLAS -- Despite a freak ice storm prior to the last day, the Food Marketing Institute's Marketechnics show, held at the Dallas Convention Center Feb. 23 to 25, offered the technology crowd its annual opportunity to network and pick up news and knowledge about technology applications. The opening-night reception, seen here, was kicked off by an announcement of the winners of SN's first annual Technology Excellence Awards (Food Lion, Supervalu and Knowlan's Festival Foods).
