Exhibitors at the show also will offer on-floor demonstrations. Beginning at 1 p.m. on April 18, when the show floor opens, demos are scheduled on the hour all afternoon. Exhibitors will offer tips for garnishing party trays and display cases. There will also be demos on how to make bread baskets, and on using new techniques to decorate cakes.
