Among the anchor leasees in the new facility are Austin, Texas-based Whole Foods Market, as well as San Francisco Specialty Produce. The warehouse, located at 2101 Jerrold Avenue, includes high ceilings to accommodate three-pallet racking and advanced refrigeration systems, truck-height docks and more ample office space. The market itself is comprised of an association of 30 produce businesses.
