Hain to Acquire Four Companies
od Group here has signed a purchase agreement to acquire four natural-food businesses: Arrowhead Mills, DeBoles Nutritional Foods, Dana Alexander and Garden of Eatin'.
The aggregate purchase price for all the businesses is $80 million, including the assumption of $20 million in debt.
Hain Food said the acquisitions would boost annual sales to about $200 million on a pro-forma basis.
