the $95 million animated movie from DreamWorks SKG Home Entertainment here, will move quickly from theaters to video, with a sell-through release date of Feb. 9 and a suggested retail price of $26.99.

The title features the voices of such major actors as Woody Allen, Sylvester Stallone, Sharon Stone, Dan Ayckroyd, Anne Bancroft, Jane Curtin, Danny Glover and Gene Hackman. The order dates are Dec. 8 for prepacks and Jan. 5 for single copies.

"Antz" is supported by national television advertising that began shortly after the theatrical release and which targets all demographics. Point-of-purchase materials include a 7-foot tower of spinning letters, spelling A-N-T-Z, with a smaller version available as a mobile or counter card.

Additionally, DreamWorks will offer a $5 mail-in rebate to consumers who purchase "Antz" and one of four other titles: "Mouse Hunt" and "Small Soldiers" from DreamWorks, or "Babe" and "Land Before Time IV" from Universal.

Paramount Renews 'Titanic' Push

HOLLYWOOD -- Paramount Home Video here has launched additional marketing support for "Titanic" during the holiday season, with more television and print ads, and new point-of-purchase materials.

The holiday POP includes a new shelf dangler highlighting the two formats of the film that are available -- pan-and-scan and letterbox; an 11-inch by 17-inch double-sided window cling; and buttons with the message, "This holiday season, give 'Titanic' to someone you love."
