PMA Offering guidelines Poster
e Marketing Association has just released its new Temperature Guidelines for Fresh Produce poster, developed in cooperation with experts at the University of California at Davis. The poster features tips regarding storage conditions (up to 10 days) for more than 190 commodities, including fruits, vegetables, herbs and exotic items. It provides at-a-glance information about optimal produce-storage temperatures in both Fahrenheit and Celsius, relative humidity levels and ethylene production/sensitivities for each item.
