DALLAS -- A training seminar on category management for the produce department is being held here the day before the Produce Marketing Association's technology conference kicks off.

The host is Willard Bishop Consulting, the Barrington,Ill.-based firm that worked with the PMA on the agenda for the Newark, Del.-based trade group's Fresh Tech '97, to be held here April 11-12.
