There are usually three vendor contests run a month on the web site. Visitors clicking onto the retailer's homepage are brought to a page describing the Libman products and how to enter the contest.
Andre Libman, vice president of sales and marketing for the cleaning implements manufacturer said the promotion "is a great way to reach new customers and build brand awareness and loyalty. As the Internet expands and more people do their shopping over the net, I think you'll see more of this kind of advertising."
