Jewel Offers Snow White Cake
wel Food Stores here offered a Snow White cake in a recent ad that also announced that the videotape of the Disney animated classic, "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs," is available at Jewel.
A color photograph, part of a multipage circular distributed with Chicago newspapers, showed figures of Snow White and the dwarfs on top of a quarter-sheet cake. The ad said the cake, priced at $13.49, is iced with butter cream and weighs 41.5 ounces.
Rich Launches No-Sugar Pies
BUFFALO, N.Y. -- Rich Products here has introduced a line of no-sugar-added pies. The pies are available in apple, blueberry, cherry and peach flavors. They contain up to 19% fewer calories than traditional pies made with sugar, and are kosher dairy certified.

Ph. Orth Co. Offers Bread Mixes
OAK CREEK, Wis. -- Ph. Orth Co. here has introduced a line of quick bread mixes.
The "Bark River" mixes, which come in apple walnut, cranberry nut, date nut, banana nut and carrot nut, can be used to make standard loaves, conventional muffins, miniloaves and cakes. Three of the mixes, apple walnut, cranberry nut and date nut, require only water. All can be mixed by hand or machine.
