Kash n' Karry Food Stores, Tampa, Fla., plans to spend about $28 million in cash for capital expenditures in fiscal 1996. Two new stores have been opened this year, and 40 are expected to be remodeled, the chain said in its quarterly report to the Securities and Exchange Commission.
