SHAW'S SUPERMARKETS, East Bridgewater, Mass., will enter New York's Hudson Valley market next year with eight stores in Orange, Rockland and Westchester counties. Shaw's broke ground last week on a 54,000-square-foot store in Nanuet, N.Y., and site work has also begun for a 65,500-square-foot store in New Rochelle N.Y.
