Kroger Faces Patent Infringement Suit
CINCINNATI - A patent infringement lawsuit was filed against the Kroger Co. here late last month. Other defendants include Inter-American Products, also here, and U.S. Nonwovens Corp., Brentwood, N.Y. The suit has been filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, Atlanta Division, by Polymer Group, Charlotte, N.C., and is related to Kroger's private-label imaged "Everyday Living Refill Dusting Cloths."
