The recall is for coarsely ground beef sold in vacuum-packed tubes. Ingesting the bacteria can cause serious illness and even death. Meanwhile, Winn-Dixie grocery stores in 13 states expanded an earlier, un-related recall on hot dogs to include lunch meat products. The recall is due to possible Listeria contamination.

last week its common stock is now being traded on the OTC Bulletin Board under the symbol PNFT. The company's common stock was delisted by the New York Stock Exchange early last week after the company failed to meet certain requirements for financial performance and asset value. The company said its subordinated bonds will continue to be listed and traded on the NYSE.
