D'Artagnan, Newark, N.J., a manufacturer and distributor of sausages, pates, foie gras and other specialties that supplies stores and restaurants, said last week it was recalling all products made in its Huntington, N.Y., processing plant because of possible Listeria contamination. Last week's recall follows two smaller recalls earlier in December of some products from the same plant. The company called on all stores and consumers to discard any unused products immediately and said it would credit all purchasers for the products.
