LAS VEGAS -- The National Grocers Association said its annual convention here was the biggest in its history, judging by the numbers of attendees and exhibitors. Retailers worked hard in seminars and on the show floor; and they played hard in gatherings such as this Appreciation Reception, sponsored by Anheuser-Busch, General Mills, the Grocery Manufacturers of America and Reynolds Metals Co.
