Kathryn Albertson - Funeral services were scheduled here last week for Kathryn Albertson, whose late husband Joe founded the Albertson's supermarket chain here. She was 93. With $5,000 of savings and $7,500 borrowed from her aunt, Kathryn and Joe were able to open the first Albertson's store here in 1939.
