COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Jeff Slutsky will discuss the art of "street fighting" as a way to make a business more successful in a keynote address at the 99th annual convention of the Ohio Grocers Association, Sept. 22-24, here.
t speaker at the convention will be Thomas Winninger, a marketing strategist who'll show attendees how to differentiate their products and services "to create a magnetic effect" and sell more, the association said.
The meeting also is scheduled to include several educational workshops that will focus on solution selling; conflict management; food safety; desperation management; electricity deregulation; dairy, and food service.
