COLUMBUS, Ohio -- The Ohio Grocers Association said last week participants at its annual convention and trade show donated 6.5 tons, or 13,124 pounds, of food to the Mid-Ohio FoodBank distribution center here.
convention attracted 2,500 retailers, wholesalers, manufacturers and suppliers, the association said. OGA was founded nearly 100 years ago, and has more than 900 members.
